Thank you to everyone who submitted their entries to our Halloween Pet Costume Contest! In the end it was Lumberjack Lucy taking home the $100 prize, with Daisy the Lobster and Cleo the witchy kitty right on her tail.
Thank you to our dear friend (and Baylor’s veterinarian) Dr. Liza Lackner, for lending us our expert judges, Layne and River. With so many great entries, they had a tough time choosing just one winner! After much deliberation and candy, they decided on Lucy Lumberjack (and also learned a valuable lesson that yes, women can be lumberjacks!).
If you are in search of an expert veterinarian for your fur friend, we highly recommend Dr. Lackner at Seafair Animal Clinic and Ironwood Animal Hospital. www.ironwoodanimal.com
We look forward to seeing even more costumes next year!
